This Year, Christmas Looks a Little Different—and That Means Everything
At Mission Critical Solutions, Christmas has always been about more than a date on the calendar...it’s about people, gratitude, and community.
For many years, one of our favorite traditions was our Twelve Days of Christmas, where we surprised our team with gifts leading up to the holiday. It was our way of saying thank you to the people who show up every day, work hard, and make MCS what it is. As our company has grown, however, that tradition became harder to sustain on our own.
Rather than letting it fade, something powerful happened.
Over the past few years, we reached out to our community partners and vendors, asking if they would consider donating items so we could continue giving back to our employees during the holidays. The response was nothing short of overwhelming. Our partners showed up in a big way—generously, selflessly, and without hesitation. Their support reminded us just how fortunate we are to be surrounded by people and organizations who genuinely care about our team.
And that gratitude stuck with us.
When conversations started around Christmas plans this year, our team took a step back and reflected. We realized how incredibly blessed we’ve been, not just by our growth as a company, but by the communities that have supported us and grown alongside us.
This year, we decided to flip the script.
Instead of asking, we wanted to give.
This Christmas season, Mission Critical Solutions & Critical Defense will be giving away six $500 checks to individuals and organizations within the Bedford and Johnstown communities. It’s a small gesture compared to the impact these communities have had on us—but it’s a meaningful one. Christmas, at its core, is about giving, and we’re thankful to be in a position where we can give back to the places that have given us so much.
This isn’t about recognition or headlines. It’s about purpose and staying true to who we are.
As we head into the new year, our team will be hand-delivering these checks, and we invite you to follow along as we share those moments. We’re excited to shine a light on the people and organizations making a difference right here at home.
From our MCS family to yours—thank you for being part of our journey. We’re proud to work here, proud to serve our community, and grateful beyond words.
Stay tuned. The giving is just getting started!
