The Next Chapter of Mission Critical Solutions

Mission Critical Solutions has grown a lot over the years.

We have added new people, expanded our capabilities, entered new industries, taken on new projects, and continued finding ways to better serve our customers. As MCS has grown, so have the different areas of our business.

That growth has led us to an exciting next step.

We are proud to officially introduce three divisions within Mission Critical Solutions: MCS Bridge Division, Critical Defense, and Critical Equipment.

While each division has its own focus, they are all still part of the same MCS team.

MCS Bridge Division

The MCS Bridge Division serves our bridge grid and transportation customers, with much of this work taking place at our Weber Lane facility.

This team continues to build on decades of bridge grid experience while supporting transportation projects across the country. Creating a dedicated division gives us a better opportunity to share the projects, people, knowledge, and capabilities behind this side of MCS.

It also gives our bridge customers a place to find more information specifically related to the work they care about.

Critical Defense

Critical Defense represents the defense manufacturing side of MCS.

Our team supports defense customers by manufacturing high quality, precision tolerance parts and components that ultimately support the American warfighter.

The work requires attention to detail, advanced manufacturing technology, strong quality systems, and most importantly, skilled people who take pride in getting the job done right.

Critical Defense gives us the ability to better highlight those capabilities and tell the story of the people and technology behind the work.

Critical Equipment

Critical Equipment is home to our growing equipment and product operations.

This includes our EZ Dumper product line, OEM manufacturing projects, and several other opportunities that we are excited to share more about in the future.

There is a lot happening within this part of MCS, and creating Critical Equipment gives us room to continue developing products, building customer relationships, and exploring new opportunities as this area continues to grow.

So, What Changes for Our Customers?

The simple answer is not much.

Mission Critical Solutions is still one company, and these divisions are not separate businesses.

If you already work with someone at MCS, keep working with them. You do not need a new contact. You do not need to learn a different process. You do not need to figure out which door to knock on.

Our teams still work together, our resources are still shared, and our customers still have access to the full capabilities of Mission Critical Solutions.

The divisions simply allow us to be more focused.

They help us organize our work more effectively, give our teams room to specialize, and allow us to communicate more directly with the customers and industries we serve.

A Better Way to Follow What We Are Doing

Over the coming months, each division will begin developing its own website and social media presence.

This will give customers and partners the opportunity to follow the parts of MCS that are most relevant to them.

Our bridge customers will be able to see more bridge projects, technical information, and industry updates. Our defense customers will be able to learn more about our precision manufacturing capabilities and technology. Customers following Critical Equipment will see more about EZ Dumper, OEM work, new products, and what we are developing next.

At the same time, the main Mission Critical Solutions pages will continue to tell the story of MCS as a whole.

That means our people, our culture, our community, our growth, and everything that connects our teams together will continue to have a home under the Mission Critical Solutions name.

The Next Step in Our Growth

At its core, this change is really about giving the different parts of MCS more room to grow.

We are proud of how far we've come, but we're even more excited about where we are going.

The name is still Mission Critical Solutions.

The people are still MCS.

The commitment to our customers is still the same.

We are simply creating a better way to showcase what our teams do, connect with the industries we serve, and prepare for the opportunities ahead.
